DELIVERY TIMES AND COST
All deliveries within Australia are FREE. We use Australia parcel post. If you wish to have your parcel delivered more quickly you can pay $5 to upgrade your order to Australia Post Express Post for estimated next day delivery. Your purchase will be shipped within 3 days of order. If the shipping time is longer for any reason we will contact you to advise the expected despatch date.
Once your order is despatched we will email you a separate tracking link and you will be able to track the progress of your parcel. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card so you may organise a redelivery. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a public holiday or weekends. However, your parcel will be delivered on the nearest business day.
Please note the estimated delivery times quoted are subject to orders being received before 3pm Monday to Friday. The delivery times quoted are for Australian capital, metropolitan & major regional areas. Please allow more time for remote & rural districts. At peak times there can be delivery delays and especially now during COVID -19 there are more delays than usual.
International delivery is charged on a flat rate, regardless of quantity. All international orders are sent via Australia Post and your purchase will be shipped within 3 days of order.
International shipping to New Zealand is $25
International shipping to all other countries is $35
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and as such remain the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local Customs office for the likely duties and taxes applicable to your order.
OUR REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that buying online may be a little difficult in selecting the perfect size which is why we gladly offer an exchange or store credit. You are also entitled to a refund, repair, exchange, OR credit if the products you have purchased are: • Faulty • Significantly different to those shown or described to you • Not doing what they are supposed to do.
1. IF YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY
Our terms and conditions are in line with the Australian Consumer Laws. You may be entitled to an exchange or refund for major faults. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired within a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.
2. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
When you buy, you should choose carefully. With that said we would like our online customers to shop with confidence, which is why we offer exchange or store credit free of charge. However, all returns requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests should be made by calling us 07 317899 or 0418 735603 or emailing us using the contact us form, and stating "returns".
When your return is received, and provided that all items are in new & unused condition with all tags included, we will action your return request within 48 hours. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

To return an item(s) via the post, please include the slip that is attached to your receipt that you received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Send the returned item(s) to the address which appears on your receipt. We suggest you use a traceable delivery method for your return.
Exchange an item(s) though the post.
Please do not reuse our post bag. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Make sure your name, address, phone number, order number, and instructions are clearly indicated. Comments would be appreciated.
